Who are we?
Skipper Associates – Chartered Surveyors are led by Dave Skipper, a Chartered Building Surveyor with more than 16 years of experience in the surveying industry.
Dave has significant experience in delivering a wide range of surveying services for both Private and Public Sector clients on both residential and commercial projects in London and the South East.
Dave has a broad range of knowledge in many aspects of surveying and the construction industry with a particular specialism in residential and commercial refurbishment projects, fulfilling the role of Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator and Project Manager.
Dave also has extensive experience in undertaking Professional Services including Residential Building and Options Appraisals/Stock Condition Surveys and Schedules of Condition, advising clients on Dilapidations matters which includes the management of the resulting repair and refurbishment works as well as fulfilling the role of Party Wall Surveyor.
Dave is an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and has been a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors since 2015.
More recently, Dave has gained extensive knowledge and experience on the procurement of Modern Methods of Construction (MMCs) where off site manufacturing is used, including both volumetric and panelised construction methods, having successfully delivered a number of schemes on complex sites over recent years. Dave can bring his experience to your Project should it be required and share his knowledge with regards to considering the suitability of your site for off-site manufacturing.
Dave’s Qualifications include;
· BSc (Hons) Building Surveying
· Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
· Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS)
· Professionally Qualified Member Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS)
· Emergency First Aid at Work Accreditation
· Fire Marshalling Accreditation
